Essence
The essence of a woman is in her smile,
In the flash of fire in her eyes or cheeks.
It is in the salty or sweet tears freely shed.
It is in the falling in love, hope, fear, joy and sadness.
It is in her hands, moulding, holding the world.
It is in her voice, laughter and her weeping.
It is in the imperfection made perfect.
I am left wordless when I try to capture her --
For she is all, she is life and more.
