Were eclipsed by the spectacle,
Of history unravelling, literature relived.
Breath caught between the drum beats,

Beautiful and charged with emotion. The choirs were all so beautiful - I loved the signing one too and the tour of Great Britain taking in the young voices of Scotland, Wales & Ireland in beautiful natural surrounds.
ReplyDeleteAnd all those drums!!!! Wow! The sound in the stadium must have been hypnotic as the beat took the senses on such an historic journey through modern history.
