Captain Awesome took Monkey on an adventure on Saturday while I was at The Writer's Plot. They hiked up a hill over looking the Cook Strait and could see the
Watching the dynamics change between children who have (literally) known each other from birth. How they have negotiated roles and how protective they are of each other. I also love listening to them talk now. I can hear the "adult" in them and the maturity they are showing is very endearing.
Finally, this spoken word performance by EmilyXYZ was showcased at the poetry/songwriting course I went on this week. It is amazing, confusing and something I would love to be able to do.
Love that letter! After watching that performance I keep hearing cash cash cash over and over in my head, it's very cool.
