Monkey - he has been pretty difficult since we got to Sydney. Mostly just out of sorts and a bit threenagery. But last night we went out for dinner with friends, to a rather upmarket steak restaurant. I was a little apprehensive to say the least, given his track record this week! BUT my word, did he prove to be a delight!?
He was well behaved, charmed the waitress, ordered his own meal (even remembering his pleases and thank yous... He chatted nicely to our friends and charmed them into thinking he was the perfect kid...
I was so proud of him and I made sure he knew it! We finally got home at nine pm and he was still behaving the way we expect - two hours after his bed time!

Housework - not having to do any that is! I am so spoilt at the moment it's ridiculous!

Rain - it hasn't rained since we got here, three weeks ago... Well I suppose it may have drizzled once... As much as I miss the rain, I am definitely making the most of the sun! It's very surreal having it always be perfect.
