Moroccan Lentils

Please don't laugh at this recipe  - it actually took a fair bit of research...

Moroccan Lentils

1 can of lentils, drained and rinsed
2 cans of Watties Moroccan Tomatoes (or regular chopped tomatoes)
2 Tb of Moroccan seasoning (to taste)
1/2 cup of raisins

Method:

Open all the cans. Pour all into a large pot (Monkey does this part). Add the seasoning and raisins. Stir until combined and heat on a low heat. Simmer for half an hour to let the flavours develop.

Serve with rice, noodles, baked potatoes or rotis/flat bread.

I think you could add diced capsicum, carrots and courgette if you wanted to up the vegetable content.
